Energy-based surgical devices, such as the Harmonic ACE® and ENSEAL®, allow surgeons to cut and coagulate with increased efficiency. However, the strengths and weaknesses of each device have not been debated. In this roundtable symposium, leading gynecologic surgeons share their experiences in using these devices, their techniques, and best tools for specific surgeries.
