Human papillomavirus (HPV) has the highest incidence of all sexually transmitted
infections. Infection with high-risk oncogenic HPV types is associated with anal,
penile, and oropharyngeal cancers in men. Although the HPV vaccine is currently
only approved for females, this newsletter explores why vaccinating men may be beneficial.
