Reproductive-age women are the most severely impacted group of migraineurs, with most attacks linked to the menstrual cycle. This supplement describes the pathogenesis of menstrual migraine and provides clinicians with strategies to better predict the onset of menstrual migraine and options for menstrual migraine prevention and treatment.
