AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center (ARMC) has identified a community need to recruit three additional OB/GYN physicians for its medical staff. It is, therefore, assisting three OB/GYN Practices (each briefly described below) to recruit one or more OB/GYNs for their individual Practices. Qualified candidates will be given the option of interviewing with one, two or all three Practices to determine the best mutual match.

The Institution
ARMC is the home of the regions only state-designated Level II Trauma Center; its only neonatal intensive care unit and its most comprehensive joint and spine institute, cancer center and heart center. The Medical Center’s - City Division located in the heart of Atlantic City, is a busy metropolitan hospital. The Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), is located at the ARMC City Division. This family-centered unit is staffed by both the world renowned, Alfred I. duPont Hospital for Children (AIDHC), and ARMC neonatologists, neonatal nurse practitioners and nurses specially trained in the care of sick and pre-term infants.

Practice A - This Practice is highly regarded in obstetrics and is very well established. It consists of two physicians, two midwives and an outstanding clinical and administrative support staff. One of the founding partners has phased out of obstetrics providing an excellent opportunity for a new associate to join the Practice “hitting the ground running.” The practice performs an average of 300 deliveries/year. The Practice is willing to be flexible with the physician’s needs. Full time commitment is preferred; however, part time needs can be discussed. Women candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.

Practice B – A respected and recognized multi-practice, maintained by two physicians, three midwives and an excellent medical support staff. This growing Practice offers pediatric care and infertility services. The practice performs an average of 400 deliveries/year and maintains two offices through which the physicians and midwives rotate. Each office is convenient to hospital & fully equipped and staffed - Endometrial Biopsy, NST, Colposcopy, Cryosurgery, Ultrasound services.

Practice C – A well established dynamic Practice comprised of four physicians, three midwives and an outstanding clinical and administrative support staff. An excellent opportunity for a new associate to join the Practice. The practice performs an average of 600 deliveries a year and maintains three full-time offices and a satellite office in Cape May, NJ through which the physician and midwives rotate. The Practice offers care in high-risk obstetrics, gynecology and infertility as well as in-house ultrasound, mammography, dexascan services & continence program.

Compensation/Benefits
Each Practice will offer a competitive salary plus a benefit package which will be customized to suit the needs of the individual. Benefits include health insurance, disability insurance, life insurance, paid time off, reimbursement of CME, hospital staff dues, medical society dues licensure fees, paid occurrence medical liability coverage.
