The Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology at Lehigh Valley Hospital is expanding and seeking additional physicians for full-time, salaried positions. The department has progressive physician leadership, excellent faculty of generalists and subspecialists and a freestanding, fully accredited residency program with 16 residents. Lehigh Valley Hospital is a premier academic community hospital with over 800 beds on 3 campuses in the contiguous cities of Allentown and Bethlehem. This high-performing, fiscally sound hospital has been nationally recognized for quality and clinical innovation and is affiliated with Pennsylvania State University, where our physicians hold their academic appointments.
Maternal Fetal Medicine - We have a well-equipped diagnostic center, PACS, 10-bed perinatal unit, Level III NICU and telemedicine capabilities. Our 5 MFM subspecialists work a unique schedule that affords a great lifestyle.
Gynecologist - The ideal candidate will have completed a minimally invasive fellowship and will build a robust gynecology practice, teach medical students and residents and participate in a gynecology only call schedule of 1 in 5.
Urogynecologist - Join another fellowship-trained urogynecologist in a practice that encompasses all aspects of female pelvic floor disorders including urinary incontinence, pelvic floor prolapse and voiding dysfunctions and includes urodynamic testing, neurophysiologic studies and surgical reconstruction.
Obstetrician/Gynecologist - Join a well-established and highly-regarded group practice with 7 physicians and 2 nurse practitioners and blend patient care, teaching and clinical research interests. Must speak fluent Spanish. Offering a great call schedule (1 in 8 weekends), a collegial group environment, excellent benefits including liability insurance, and access to superb subspecialists.
